Free talk on foods for brain health

This talk will include practical diet and supplement advicephoto1 on prevention and management of mood related disorders, such as depression. I will also explain how nutrition can help to improve concentration, banish feelings of anxiety and improve quality of sleep.

I will be discussing the importance of fatty acids, and how farming and cooking techniques may have changed our diets for the worse. The link to chronic inflammation, the effect of your body’s stress response, and how to measure these in clinical tests will be covered so that personalised diets can be followed.
